Exhibition “Filippo Rossi - Notes from a journey 1994-2024” whose inauguration will be held at the Sala delle Eroine, inside Palazzo Sansoni Trombetta, seat of the Municipality of Pontassieve, on Sunday 29 September 2024 at 5:00 pm, with the presentation of Mons. Timothy Verdon, Director of the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo in Florence.
The exhibition will be open to visitors at the Museo Geo Centro Studi Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II n. 9 Pontassieve, until 15 December 2024 during the following opening hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (by appointment on other days, tel. 335 7572274).

The exhibition does not follow a chronological path, but is a collection of scattered notes, traces of a thirty-year journey in search of the Light, symbol of spiritual Light, a Presence that transcends the visible and becomes beauty, harmony, grace and balance. The canvases, sculptures, supports, colors tell a story, a discovery and an encounter: the Light that emerges, hides, reveals itself. My path is still evolving, a continuous exploration between shadow and revelation. An endless path, a constant tension towards the invisible.
